CLEAR Faculty

Dr Eve Corner

Eve has a PhD in Rehabilitation after Critical Illness and an ongoing body of research in this field. Eve is a Quality Improvement Fellow, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She received an MBE in 2021 for services to Health Education and works as an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Intensive Care Society. Eve joined CLEAR after working on a combined project with Brunel University London developing the COVID-19 ICU Remote Learning Course (CIRLC) to train redeployed staff during the pandemic.

CLEAR Education Lead

Matt Camilleri

Matt is the National Education Lead for the National CLEAR Programme and a practicing Anaesthetic Registrar in the Midlands. With nine years experience working within the NHS, Matt has a PG Certification in Medical Education and is a Fellow of Advance HE. He joined CLEAR in 2019 as he wanted to work with people who were passionate about improving healthcare. In his spare time, you can find Matt supporting the Welsh rugby team and cooking fresh pasta!

  • What will I get out of the CLEAR Essentials Live course?

    CLEAR Essentials Live is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the CLEAR methodology. The day is made up of six sessions which have been carefully designed to give you a robust foundation in the CLEAR improvement methodology and support your wider role in healthcare. You will receive a CPD accreditation certificate on completion of this course and you will also meet a cohort of fellow healthcare professionals with a passion for innovating new models of care and workforce with novel solutions.

  • How much does the course cost?

    The course is priced at £500 per person. It is also possible for organisations and systems to sponsor multiple places for its employees. Please email [email protected] for more details or to register your interest.

  • How long does CLEAR Essentials Live take?

    CLEAR Essentials Live is a one-day hybrid course and will take place from 9am – 5.30pm.
